Jordan's Helicopters

Jordan has worked very hard to get his helicopter
ready for flight. Both of them are ready but the
weather has not been cooperating. In fact we are
in the middle of a typhoon now. They hoisted a
#3 for now and we have been in a #8 before, so not so bad
for now. Just raining, very windy and a dark sky.

Too windy to fly anymore than the picture above.
Remember, you can always click on the picture
to get a better view of any particular one.

Here they are, really quite technical little
machines. The bigger one is the one Jordan had
hovering in the first picture.

The USS Nimitz CVN-68

The pictures above were taken from our balcony,
of the USS Nimitz CVN-68. The Nimitz is a
super carrier in the US Navy , the lead ship of its
class. She is one of the largest warships in the
world. It was very exciting to see her sail by on her
way toward Victoria Harbor.

Jordan is pondering...... ok big crocs in the water,
big long snakes in the trees..........hmmmm

I'll stick to just a walk on this beach!

There is a big snake in this tree, believed to be
about 8-10 feet long. Click on the picture to get
a better view. This was at Trinity Beach, Australia.

Trinity Beach, Australia

This was a beautiful Beach and our walk on the
beach turned out to be another wildlife adventure.

Jordan & Marilyn have figured out the puzzle.
No swimmers? No surfers?

Marilyn found an interesting rock & are you still
wondering why there are no swimmers!?

Well Mom, you will see it on the news tonight but just a
bit earlier a 12 foot crocodile was swimming here.
